Rules:
Legacy Rules for My Challenge!
These rules will be the foundation for the entire 100 Generations. These will not be changed or be impacted in any way. If other rules from other legacies challenges that I am implementing into my challenge conflict with these rules. They will be removed from the challenge.
For example, if one of the rules say live in the city. I will not be doing that for it conflicts with the legacy rule of never moving off your lot. Getting Started:
I have decided to do the extreme start for my challenge. That means I have picked a 64x64 size lot and chose the season to be winter. You don't start with any money, meaning you can't build anything until you make some money.
Succession Laws:
Gender Law:
Strict Equality: I can make the gender of the founder to be male or female. The Child that will be my heir for the next generation has to be the opposite of my founder. The next heir after has to be the opposite gender of the previous heir. This means that the heir to the generation will swap each generation to make it a nice and fair gameplay.
Disclaimer: I know there is more then two genders in the sims. I am not oppose to making transgender heirs. However, the sexual parts of the heirs must be opposite to that of the previous heir. Meaning, in the game, if the baby is born a boy, then the baby will keep their sexual part as male and not be able to become pregnant.
Bloodline Law:
Strict Traditional: The heir of the next generation must be born from the parents of the generation. I'm sorry that means no foster children can be heir, but that doesn't mean I can't have foster children. They will not be a part of the next heir in line is all.
Heir Law:
Random Pool: To make it fair for the children, the heir will be chosen by random when the eldest child has reach Teen. If there is only one heir that match the rules above they will become the next heir. However two or more that match the rules above will be calculated by a random generator.
Species Law:
Tolerant: The Heir can be of any occult. However, Since Vampires can live forever. Once the heir procreates their first child and grown to Child age, they will be move out.
Gameplay Rules:
1. No cheats that impact gameplay. No money, skills, aspirations, or career cheats. moveobjects are fine,
2. No restarting after bad events. If a sim dies, you have to let it happen. A big fire and burned everything down? Welp good thing their insurance.
3. You may not merge any members into the family other than the spouse of the family. Once a child has left the Legacy Family, They will not be able to move back in.
4. The Family cannot move out of the lot. They can visit areas and go on vacation however their "Home" must be on the same lot.
5.The gameplay must be set to Normal and can't use any anti-aging cheats. However you may use the cow plant milk or the youth potion once in your sim's life.
6.You may not change the aspiration until it is fully completed.
7.You may not bring back the dead. Once dead they are dead. However you may Plead to save a sim's life.
8.You cannot marry out or move out the sim that holds the title as heir.
9. When doing challenge the Sim Family must be the only Sim family you play in a save file. You can move in sims that you created however they only remain friends and not spouses.
10. You can follow the sims to work if they are working as Scientist, Doctors, Detectives and Actors.
11. If you marry a sim that has the City Native Aspiration, you may re-roll for new aspiration only once.
12. You may buy traits with Satisfaction Points
13. I may purchase the re-trait potion. However I must re-roll the new trait and cannot pick and choose new traits.
14. You can create any holidays!
15. You cannot participate in the lottery holiday.
16. You cannot use the money tree.
Spouses:
A Spouse must not bring in any money to the household. You may pair it with another sim to transfer their money away and then move the spouse into the family or remember your household total and you Money --- Cheat to bring the household fund to where it used to be.
You may and same-sex couples.
Townies will stop moving in after a while into the challenge. You are now allowed to move new spouses into the save. However they must be from #LegacyLoves Tag in the Gallery.
Children:
All traits and aspiration must be random during the times that are not doing another challenge. This includes toddler traits. This means the traits will be picked appropriately during the Moon Zodiac and the Chinese Zodiac Challenges. However if not in a challenge that is trait driven they will be randomized again.
You may use tricks to influence the gender of the baby
